We are looking for someone to work in our Sales Office based in Ely, Cambs.
We currently have a vacancy in our Sales Office.
Based in Ely, Cambs.
Main roles will be:
- Taking / processing orders and being main point of telephone contact.
- Offering assistance to our customers to ensure they receive a high level of
service and support.
- Build effective relationships with nominated dealers by maintaining regular
contact.
- Advising customers of new products, special offers and alternatives where
items may be out of stock to help build overall sales.
The ideal candidate must be capable of working with minimal supervision and using
their own initiative, as well as co-operating as part of a team to ensure that tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
An interest in, and/or a basic understanding of bicycle terminology would be most
advantageous.
