CLASSIC CLUBMAN BIKE FOR LEISURE-SPORT RIDES

For Sunday morning rides, sportives, commuting, and light touring/Audax, this bike can do it all.
This bike uses new 'retro' components to offer a classic look in a modern machine.

The Reynolds 725 double-butted frame uses a brazed and lugged construction method and features Triple butted Cr-mo forks. Designed to take centre-pull brake calipers and features a slightly relaxed variable-sized sports geometry to accept mudguards and a rear rack. Clearance best suits 700x25c tyres with mudguards or up to 32C tyres without mudguards.
A 1" threaded headset and a 68mm BSA threaded bottom bracket keep those fittings classically simple.
Beautiful high gloss paint finish, half chrome forks and rear stays with panelled graphics and gold lug lining complete the frameset.

Components wise; the polished Sunrace RDRS rear mech and a Sora front are mated to Dia-Compe down tube, power ratchet, friction shifters to offer a classic shifting 2x9 experience. A forged and CNC machined and polished alloy Genetic Clubman crankset gives a respectful nod to some classic Italian styling whilst delivering useful modern ‘compact’ chainset 50-34T ratios.

Braking is supplied by the legendary Dia-Compe GC610 centre-pulls that offer unparalleled style and performance, mated with classic gum-rubber hooded Dia Compe levers.

Wheels are Halo's classic Retro, featuring sealed bearings and medium-high spoke flange hubs on double-wall eyeleted rims. The wheels are high polished silver finish with stainless spokes for that classic gleaming retro style.

The finishing kit is also in keeping with the overall retro styling. A forged and polished aluminium Genetic Hyoid quill-type stem is mated with Genetic's Heritage bars and wrapped in comfortable Faux leather perforated padded tape. A beautifully crafted, Brookes B17 standard leather saddle sits on top of the polished and laser-etched aluminium Genetic Heritage seat post to add that extra finishing touch.
